MarketingNPV also has a Web site (www.marketingnpv.com) that catalogues thousands of articles on the topic of marketing measurement, both proprietary and sourced from partnerships with other content-generators. Consistently ranked in the top three Google search results for relevant terms, our site draws dozens of new registrations daily, and our monthly e-mails reach a sizeable audience of opt-in subscribers, with high open rates.

- Develop editorial calendars of interest to readers
- Conceive and develop story ideas
- Identify expert sources and research story angles
- Interview partners/associates within the firm, as well as experts in specific subject areas of interest
- Write and edit feature articles, expert interviews, commentaries, book reviews, and other content for the print journal and Web site, often working on three or four pieces simultaneously
- Craft monthly e-mail updates to online subscribers
- Collaborate with graphic artists on charts and artwork to accompany articles
- Assign articles to a stable of freelance writers and oversee their deliverables for quality, tone, and style
- Co-manage the production calendar with other marketing personnel in the firm

The Director, Client Solutions is responsible for coordinating and directing all necessary resources to ensure timely, accurate, efficient, and comprehensive execution of all phases of client engagements. S/he blends subject-area expertise and consulting advisory capabilities with superb project management and communication skills, ensuring that expectations and deliverables are properly defined and flawlessly executed.
General responsibilities include:
- Generating growth in profitability for MNPV through the development of new and existing client relationships
- Executing and enhancing MNPV consulting process in key focus areas
- Diagnosing client needs and implementing appropriate action plans quickly
- Setting client expectations high and exceeding them
- Developing and maintaining productive, professional client relationships at multiple levels of management

Specific responsibilities on an engagement may include:
- Consulting on the selection of marketing metrics and construction of marketing dashboards
- Defining requirements and gathering facts and assumptions for implementation of measurement or resource allocation tools
- Coordinating the aggregation and transformation of data to support the operation of dashboards or software tools
- Determining circumstantially-appropriate change management strategies to assist clients in overcoming cultural, political, process, or skill deficiencies
- Providing training and support (logistical, emotional, and otherwise) to clients as they introduce new tools and techniques to their decision processes
- Negotiating with vendors and contractors to provide services and integrating their efforts into a seamless delivery team
- Implementing a structured project management process and the associated communications with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Producing and presenting plans for project expansion, redirection, or re-evaluation
- Reporting on project financial progress and updating plans for goal attainment
