The combined company will operate as MarketingNPV, and continue to be based in Princeton, NJ.
The merged company will provide CMOs and CFOs with a complete framework for linking marketing investments to the creation of financial value including not just tactical optimization, but also the tools to measure and compare the financial impact of marketing strategy alternatives.
