Ashley McEvoy
Ashley A. McEvoy is president of McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a $4 billion Johnson & Johnson affiliate. She has worldwide responsibility for the strategic direction of the company’s upper respiratory, pain, and gastrointestinal franchises, and she heads the over-the-counter (OTC) business in the U.S. Ms. McEvoy joined McNeil in 1996 as an assistant brand manager for Tylenol and Nicotrol. Within two years, she was managing Tylenol’s marketing and public relations, which led to a marketing directorship a year later. By 2003, as vice president of marketing, she drove the OTC business for McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals. She was appointed general manager of McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a division of McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals, in 2005. She moved into her current position in late 2006.

Rob Malcolm Rob Malcolm joined United Distillers & Vintners (UDV — the wine and spirits arm of Diageo) in 1999 as Global Scotch Category Director. In December 1999, Rob was appointed Global Marketing Director for UDV, responsible for driving the growth of the global priority brands and building a world-class marketing and innovation organization. He was appointed President, Global Marketing, Sales and Innovation Guinness UDV (GUDV — the merged beer, spirits, and wine business of Diageo) in September 2000.
